ADOPTION / EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FORM:
If you feel a connection with one of our available Goldies in our Adoption Program, and know that you can make that commitment for the rest of their lives and include them as a valued family member, please complete our Expression of Interest Form and email to goldenpawsrescue@bigpond.com.
We do encourage potential families to read our Adoption Process which is located on the tabs above - this will explain our procedure from the start regarding adopting.
Please note that part of our process is for your family and dog to meet our dogs on neutral ground or in their foster care environment - our dogs are fostered in Hervey Bay and on the north side of Brisbane.

SURRENDERING:
Sadly, there are times when it isn't possible to continue caring for your Goldie. If you are in a situation where you need to surrender your Golden Retriever, please contact us for a chat and we will help you as much as we can. We will require our Surrender Form to be completed and emailed to us at goldenpawsrescue@bigpond.com. We would also appreciate if you would send two current photographs of your Golden Retriever.
NOTE: When your Retriever is surrendered to our Golden Paws Rescue Family, they are placed into care with one of our foster carers at their home, they are not placed in a shelter or kennel environment. They are also given a complete wellness check by our Vet. If you require more information on our surrender process, please do not hesitate to email us.

Want to know more about Foster Caring?
Golden Paws Rescue Inc. is a small Rescue Group with a handful of foster carers located in Brisbane on the north side, and in Hervey Bay.
We are interested in hearing from you if you reside in the Bray Park/Warner area, or the Hervey Bay area.
If you feel that you could provide care, exercise and lots of luv for one of our dogs until they are ready for adoption, we welcome your enquiry.
We are looking for families with secure fencing, with potentially another dog in residence, and where a dog is allowed to be inside the home (including sleeping inside).
Golden Paws Rescue provides all food and medication, and pays for all Vet work, bedding, collars, leads etc.
